Secondary activity
Plan it out
Split into two groups in class - one group will be Manchester United and the other group will represent AC Milan.
Your teacher will appoint a person in each group to be the manager and will also tell you what team you are.
Anyone not playing should make notes to write a match report or film the match so that it can be replayed and worked upon.
Work together on a match plan. Come up with five tactics you will use.
After some warm-ups embark on a match against eachother. At half-time make sure you swap in any subs so that everyone has a go at playing.
When the game has ended reveal your tactics to the other side - did they work? Would you use them again? Did they cause any problems?
If you videoed the match watch some of it and see if you can identify the tactics being used - each manager should be able to point them out!
Good luck!
