Your class has taken the Bleep test and the scores are not good.
So today, you have to come up with a fitness regime, that will suit everyone, that can be done every day for at least one hour.
Think about the kinds of exercises you need to do to improve fitness - what kind of things will you include?
You will also need to test everyone's fitness levels on a daily basis so you can record how they are improving.
Try to think broadly about what kind of exercises you are going to include. You could have some training on the Wii, plus other more standard fitness training such as skipping.
Or you could include fun activities such as roller-blading, dancing games or even something like archery.
Write a plan detailing your activities - make sure you say how each activity will benefit the person doing it (for example will it improve their lung capacity etc)
